Recovery Planning (Pre-Disaster)
We work with government and community leaders to develop whole community recovery plans focused on reinforcing (or building) their own capability to recover from a catastrophic disaster. Our staff help ensure that communities are better able to manage the consequences of, and minimize the destruction from, large-scale natural and man-made disasters.
Recovery Program Management (Post-Disaster)
Following a disaster, the federal landscape of recovery grants can be daunting and seem overwhelming. Our staff work directly with federal, state, and local government officials to evaluate and catalogue disaster-related damages, document repairs, calculate repair costs, and navigate the bureaucracy and web of post-disaster grants.
Direct Housing Management & Operations
